Lucky Penny Thoughts: Here is the 1915 patent to this oven. http://bit.ly/1915OvenPatent It was really cool to find out the inventor was from Illinois! You can see how the oven has extra heating elements around it. Overall I was happy with how this oven cooked, the multiple burners and how fast the oven toasted my bread. Unfortunately this oven will not work fro the food series I have planned, but I still wanted to test it and show you how it worked.

Later!
LPS-Dave
